The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ERP/financial systems, strong SQL (standard SQL and PostgreSQL), data governance, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration to drive finance-focused system initiatives and adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL proficiency for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Experience supporting enterprise finance and accounting systems (ERP/financials).
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and master data management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Accounting leadership to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Facilitate process harmonization across Finance, Accounting, and Operations.
• Support enterprise platform initiatives: evaluations, fit-gap, mapping, and UAT in finance contexts.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure system functionality.
• Lead data cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and master data governance.
• Design and deliver training materials for system adoption and change enablement.
