Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 06+ Months Contract role located in the US (Remote).

The position offers a competitive pay rate of $80/hour and focuses on delivering end-to-end projects across finance and procurement, with emphasis on ERP and cloud initiatives. You will develop and maintain project plans, manage risks, coordinate with vendors and technology teams, lead meetings and status reports, and drive milestones on schedule while ensuring

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of project management experience.
• Experience supporting finance, accounting, procurement, ERP, or business systems projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile concepts, Jira, features, and user stories.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution independently.
• Procurement experience preferred but not required.
• ERP implementation experience.
• SAP environment experience. Procurement or source-to-pay process knowledge.
• Financial services or insurance industry experience.
• Exposure to cloud migration or ERP modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution across finance and procurement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.
• Lead project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Track deliverables and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Escalate risks and roadblocks appropriately.
• Support requirements gathering, planning activities, and solution delivery efforts.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
