Job summary

RTX’s Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Functional Data Lead Analyst to coordinate ERP data migration efforts and translate conversion requirements into actionable plans. You will drive cross-functional execution, document mappings, and manage resources across Build Phase activities and migrations.

The role requires strong project management, experience with SAP, and familiarity with waterfall and Scrum methodologies. Some travel is expected to support multiple RTX US sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale ERP data migration and conversion.
• Experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with waterfall and agile Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conversion activities and translate requirements into detailed plans.
• Drive execution with team members and stakeholders, track progress and issues.
• Follow project management processes to align tasks and resources with program goals.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and manage workload and resources across conversions.
• Proactively manage risks, monitor issues, and provide real-time alerts for critical issues.
• Document data mappings, cross-reference documents, and data model mappings.
• Communicate expectations and maintain accountability across teams.
• Manage multiple conversion activities with prioritization and time management.
