Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a strategic Data Integration & Migration Supervisor to lead enterprise data migration and system integration initiatives across ERP, CRM, HCM, and other business applications. The role blends technical delivery, team leadership, and client engagement within on-prem and cloud architectures.

You will lead data mapping, transformation rule definition, data quality, and security, while mentoring a team and coordinating with architects to design scalable integrations using Azure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience leading data migration or integration workstreams on complex implementations.
• Strong communication to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams or workstreams in a consulting or delivery environment.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data integration and migration engagements for enterprise clients across ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
• Oversee end-to-end data migration workstreams including extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and cutover planning.
• Mentor and supervise a team of data integration professionals and provide delivery oversight.
• Collaborate with client teams to define scope, dependencies, timelines, and delivery approaches.
• Define best practices for migration methodology, data quality, security, and performance.
• Design data mapping, transformation rules, and data lineage across sources and targets.
• Partner with architects to implement cloud, hybrid, and iPaaS integration solutions.
• Support pre-sales with solution design, estimates, and client pitches.
• Drive reuse through frameworks, tooling, and documentation.
