Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced ERP leader to manage the global interiors ERP development and application support team, including offshore resources. You will oversee JD Edwards EnterpriseOne/World projects, SAP integrations, and keep track of daily work, timesheets and performance for a large team.

You will drive change management, coordinate with CAB, and report weekly to senior leadership while guiding a multi-project environment across LOBs and legacy platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 12 years of ERP leadership experience, or master’s degree with 10 years’ experience.
• 10+ years using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Development tools (Form Design Aid, Report Design Aid, NER, C Business functions, BI Publisher).
• 5+ years leading JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP projects and JD Edwards World conversions.
• 4+ years delivering DSI programs integrating JDE with SAP for inventory processes.
• 3+ years managing global projects with 40+ members and cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years scripting to automate tasks in MobiControl (SOTI) MDM.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP development and application support team of up to 26 resources, including offshore members.
• Oversee JD Edwards and JDE World consolidation across interiors into aftermarket organization.
• Manage SAP integration for DSI inventory processes and warehouse operations.
• Attend CAB meetings and provide weekly status reports to leadership.
• Ensure production migration readiness for all ERP developments and web apps.
