Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior ERP Applications Analyst to support UKG Healthcare Productivity within ERP systems. This remote role collaborates with IS and business teams to sustain, optimize and release UKG solutions while aligning to organizational needs.

The ideal candidate will manage change requests, testing and releases, balancing technical and operations skills. Providence values patient-focused care and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, information services, engineering, commerce, or combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience).
• 5 years of application design, implementation and/or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft or Workday.
• 2 years of demonstrated ability to manage medium to complex projects; experience with deployment, support, life cycle, process improvement and change management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize UKG Healthcare Productivity within a large organization and align solutions to business needs.
• Oversee features, change requests, testing, releases and provide solutions to complex challenges.
• Balance technical expertise with operations management and stakeholder communications.
