This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. A valid passport/visa is required for travel between Canada and the USA.

What your impact will be :

1. Understand client business requirements and participate in the requirement elicitation process.
2. Analyze client business practices to develop and present strategies for application implementation.
3. Gain industry expertise to enhance project performance, success rates, and customer experiences.
4. Participate in system configuration.
5. Develop test plans to identify and prevent application issues before delivery.
6. Test software applications based on use case requirements, including functionality and data validation.
7. Work with Support to transition new customers post-go-live, ensuring high customer service standards.
8. Train customers and internal staff on product functions, via on-site, web conference, or other formats.
9. Contribute to sales and marketing efforts, including responding to RFPs, product demos, and conferences.

What we are looking for :

1. Experience in Business Analysis, especially with Financial, Payroll, or Work Management software, or relevant education.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Human Capital Management, or related fields.
3. Excellent customer service skills and comfort in client-facing roles.
4. Strong problem-solving skills supporting business leaders.
5. Proficiency in Office 365.
6. Willingness to travel up to 50%.

What would make you stand out :

1. Knowledge of Accounting, Payroll, and Human Resources.
2. Experience with implementing accounting or payroll software.
3. Working knowledge of SQL.
