A Hubspot Application Specialist with 3-5 years of hands-on Hubspot experience. The ideal candidate excels in problem-solving, thrives in collaborative team settings, and has strong communication skills. A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new skills are essential for driving success in dynamic projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup, configuration, integration and optimization of HubSpot to align seamlessly with clients’ business goals and strategies
- Customize CRM pipelines, deal stages, and lifecycle stages to match business processes.
- Design and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing, internal notifications, and lifecycle updates.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for key business metrics across marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Provide ongoing support to internal users, resolving issues and answering questions related to HubSpot use.
- Develop training resources and conduct workshops to upskill users on HubSpot features and best practices.
- CRM Expertise: Provide insights and solutions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) challenges. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices.
- Training & Support: Offer training sessions and ongoing support to end-users.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot (Administrator, Operations, or Specialist role).
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and sales processes.
- Proficiency with HubSpot tools: CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub.
- Knowledge of reporting, workflows, sequences, and email automation.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
- Understanding of data structures, CRM integration, and APIs (optional but a plus).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
