Join Our Team as an Application Consultant

Hey there, trailblazers! If you're passionate about making a real impact, Cayenta, a division of Harris, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team of Application Consultants. Dive into the world of ERP Software implementation and be a vital part of our journey to success!

This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. A valid passport/visa is required for travel between Canada and the USA.

What Your Impact Will Be:

• Understand client business requirements and participate in the requirement elicitation process.
• Develop business requirement documents.
• Analyze client business practices to develop and present strategies for application implementation.
• Gain industry expertise to improve project performance, success rates, and customer experiences.
• Participate in system configuration.
• Help develop test plans to identify and prevent application issues before delivery.
• Perform testing of software applications based on use case requirements, including functionality and data validation.
• Work with Support to transition new customers post go-live, ensuring high customer service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to train customers and internal staff on product functions, through on-site visits, web conferences, or at our offices.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities, including responding to RFPs, product demonstrations, and conferences.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in Business Analysis, especially with Financial, Payroll, or Work Management software, or relevant education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Human Capital Management, or related fields.
• Excellent customer service skills with a client-facing attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills to support business leaders.
• Proficiency in Office 365.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

• Knowledge of Accounting, Payroll, and Human Resources.
• Experience implementing accounting or payroll software.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
