Job summary

Air InfoSec, LLC is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to support the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) remotely. The role focuses on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing, gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analyses, and mapping data between legacy and third-party interfaces.

You will perform hands-on testing, write detailed documentation, and support training efforts across a large remote team as part of the project.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a business analyst in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and perform fit/gap analyses with SMEs.
• Hands-on testing with third-party interfaces and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing computer systems.
• Confer with personnel across units to identify problems and gather input/output requirements.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs and system changes.
• Review system capabilities to determine feasibility of changes.
• Perform cost/benefit analyses of alternative solutions.
• Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses for AR and Billing modules.
• Map data to legacy and third-party interfaces.
• Conduct end-to-end testing with third-party interfaces.
• Support training efforts and prepare project documentation.
