Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Enterprise Risk Management Lead for a remote role. You will implement and monitor risk management across the enterprise, provide complex risk analyses to senior management, and coordinate AI governance where appropriate.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Model Governance and Technology teams across the United States. Responsibilities include establishing risk ownership, monitoring processes, and producing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve enterprise risk management processes across identified risk areas.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with ERM, Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and more.
• Identify emerging risks including AI, machine learning, data use, cybersecurity, and regulatory considerations.
• Develop risk reports, dashboards, and executive briefings with clear ownership and actions.
• Prepare Board and committee risk materials, including quarterly Audit Committee updates.
