Strongpoint Partners is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to manage ERISA compliance for qualified retirement plans, focusing on Form 5500 filings, annual testing, and regulatory reporting. This fully remote role can be performed from anywhere in the United States.

You will partner with plan sponsors, auditors, and consultants to ensure accurate filings and stay current with DOL/IRS regulations. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of ERISA compliance and Form 5500 preparation experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and file annual Form 5500 returns and related schedules.
• Conduct annual nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP, top-heavy, coverage).
• Interpret and apply ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations to retirement plans.
• Coordinate with plan sponsors, auditors, and consultants to resolve compliance issues.
• Consult on plan designs.
• Maintain accurate records of filings and compliance testing results.
• Stay current with regulatory updates and communicate changes to the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
