Job summary

LoansIntel is seeking a Remote Triage Nurse to provide telephone support, care coordination, and training. This position requires an active RN license, a BSN or ASN, and at least 3 years of ER experience. The ideal candidate will have strong triage skills and a patient-centered approach.

The salary for this role is $80,000, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and generous vacation policies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience.
• Experience working with populations facing serious mental illness, behavioral health conditions, and/or substance use disorders.
• Care management and coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound clinical issues from staff and patients via phone; triage and expedite emergencies.
• Coordinate care with patients' providers to ensure seamless health management.
• Develop training on medical topics for peer workers.
