Job summary

Nova Group, GBC is seeking an Equity (Acquisition) Property Condition Assessor-Project Manager to perform PCA/PCNA/FCA studies in accordance with ASTM standards and client needs. This role combines fieldwork with data compilation, report preparation, and client communication.

The position may be based from a home office with travel up to 40–50% across the United States. A bachelor’s in a construction-related field and 2+ years of Equity PCA/PCNA experience are required, along with FE/EIT or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction-related field
• 2+ years of Equity (acquisition) PCA/PCNA/FCA experience
• FE/EIT or on track for PE/RA/AIA
• Knowledge of building components, systems and cost estimating
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong technical writing, attention to detail and communication
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Valid state driver’s license and background check
• Annual medical monitoring requirement

Responsibilities

• Perform Equity-level Property Condition Assessments (PCA) and PCNA/FCA per ASTM and client scope
• Conduct field work, data compilation and report preparation for each project
• Travel 40–50% across the US to support national needs
