Job summary

A leading engineering consulting firm is seeking full-time Project Engineers to conduct property assessments and due diligence reports. Your key responsibilities will include evaluating building conditions, developing reports, and communicating project progress effectively. The ideal candidate has an AB or Graduate Degree in Architecture or a related field, along with significant experience in inspections and engineering project work. This hybrid position requires travel to various project sites and involves engaging with clients to achieve project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating.
• 3+ years of experience performing property inspections.
• 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of buildings and provide recommendations for repairs.
• Perform site reconnaissance and compile project data.
• Author technical reports and prepare supporting documents.
• Plan and track project timelines, ensuring progress communication.
• Provide recommendations to Project Manager and client regarding assessments.

Education
