You will explore emerging markets, build strategic partnerships, and launch new verticals from conception to scale, working autonomously alongside the founder.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of venture development experience in high-growth startups or via top-tier consultancies/investment firms.
• Expert-level proficiency in business model innovation, operational system design and strategic financial modelling.
• Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight and turn concepts into execution.
• Strategic thinker with proven execution capabilities and ability to translate market insights into results.
• Thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments and collaborates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate market opportunities across media categories, geographies and platforms.
• Build automated systems and operational frameworks enabling rapid scaling across verticals and channels.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating new business lines with existing operations.
• Design and execute strategic experiments for market entry, partnerships and GTM models.
• Establish partnerships with industry leaders, technology platforms and distribution networks.
• Develop market entry strategies and operational blueprints for new verticals.
