Job summary

Keyrus is seeking an experienced EPM Manager to lead Connected Planning programs across Finance, HR, and Go-To-Market teams. You will blend enterprise architecture with hands-on delivery to shape solutions using Anaplan Polaris and related technologies.

In this role, you will manage client engagements, mentor delivery teams, and support pre-sales activities while driving adoption and measurable business value for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of consulting or industry experience in enterprise planning.
• At least 5 years delivering Anaplan Performance Management solutions.
• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise planning architectures using Classic and Polaris engines.
• Design data models, integrations, governance, and user experience.
• Guide model optimization and data hubs for scalable solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into connected planning.
• Drive solution delivery, data mapping, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Mentor consultants and promote Anaplan best practices.
