Job summary

Keyrus is seeking an Enterprise Performance Management Senior Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Anaplan planning models for diverse clients.

You will translate requirements into technical designs, deploy solutions on time and within budget, train users, and provide ongoing support while staying current with Anaplan updates.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience implementing Performance Management solutions using Anaplan.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Anaplan models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of data mapping, UAT, SIT, and system integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes and requirements into technical design documentation, solution design, and system configurations.
• Configure and deploy Anaplan solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain client focus and drive consensus on project decisions.
• Provide training and support to end users for Anaplan planning and decision‑making.
• Create documentation of Anaplan models and configurations for knowledge transfer.
• Deliver demonstrations to audiences ranging from executives to business users.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Anaplan updates, best practices, and emerging trends to provide thought leadership.
• Communicate well at all levels — managerial, technical, and user.

Enterprise Performance Management Senior Consultant

We are looking for a highly analytical thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for tackling complex business challenges. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues to design, implement, and optimize sophisticated planning models using Anaplan.

What You’ll Architect

• Translate business processes and requirements into technical design documentation, solution design, and system configurations.
• Configure and deploy Anaplan solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain client focus and demonstrate ownership to drive consensus and project‑related decisions.
• Provide training and support to end users, empowering them to navigate and effectively utilize Anaplan for planning and decision‑making.
• Create comprehensive documentation of Anaplan models and configurations, ensuring knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
• Deliver demonstrations to audiences ranging from executives to business users.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Anaplan platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends in business planning to provide thought leadership to clients and the team.
• Communicate well, both written and orally, at all levels — managerial, technical, and user.

What You Bring

• Background in business, finance, multidimensional modeling, data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting.
• 2–3 years of experience implementing Performance Management solutions using Anaplan.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Anaplan models.
• Technical knowledge of software implementation activities, including field‑to‑field data mapping, data conversion validation, system and security configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system integration testing (SIT).
• Experience working on project teams using structured methodologies to gather business requirements, document business processes, support data conversions, and design system interfaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Experience supporting business development activities, such as delivering product demonstrations or solution presentations to prospective clients.
• Experience implementing Performance Management solutions using technologies such as IBM TM1/Planning Analytics (PA), Oracle Hyperion, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Tagetik, Board, or OneStream.
• Previous experience supporting business functions such as Finance, Sales, or Operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Consolidation and Financial Reporting, Sales Performance Management, Supply Chain Planning, Management Reporting, or Enterprise Operational Planning solutions.
• Experience with leading ETL and data integration tools, such as Informatica, SnapLogic, or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS), including SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, Oracle PL/SQL, AWS PartiQL, or SAS.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
