Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an enterprise transformation to modernize customer modeling with an Anaplan-based solution. This role oversees multi-phase initiatives across vendor implementation, business process transformation, integration, reporting, user adoption, and deployment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Experience managing complex business and technology transformation projects end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communications, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with budgets, resource planning, financial tracking, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of traditional project management methodologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a multi-phase customer modeling transformation initiative.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and governance.
• Coordinate across business stakeholders, technology teams, finance leaders, and third-party partners.
• Oversee implementation of an Anaplan-based solution replacing manual customer modeling processes.
• Facilitate project planning, status meetings, steering committee sessions, and executive communications.
• Develop and maintain schedules, RAID logs, resource plans, financial forecasts, and status reporting.
• Manage execution across requirements validation, implementation, testing, UAT, deployment, and adoption.
• Drive engagement and alignment across sales, customer, finance, data, reporting, and IT teams.
• Partner with architecture, Databricks, reporting, and analytics teams for successful integration and delivery.
• Monitor risks and issues, define mitigation strategies, and manage escalations.
• Ensure transition to operational support and long-term business adoption.
• Support organizational change management for new tools, processes, and governance models.
