Qualifications

• Epic Tapestry certification required or must complete Epic coursework and pass within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field or Epic Tapestry Certification with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with Epic Chronicles and data models; familiarity with CMS/HIPAA regulations; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Epic Tapestry components and workflows; translate benefit plans into system settings.
• Provide support for Epic Tapestry issues; perform root-cause analysis and document results.
