Job summary

Avera Health Plans is hiring a Configuration Analyst to design, implement, and support the Epic Tapestry module, managing health plan administration, benefits, enrollments, and provider data. You will translate complex business needs into efficient configurations while ensuring regulatory alignment and data integrity.

The role supports on-site in Sioux Falls or remote work within the Avera footprint, collaborating with clinicians, business teams, and IT to optimize workflows and performance.

Qualifications

• Epic Tapestry configuration and optimization experience.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or information systems; Epic Tapestry Certification preferred.
• Epic Certification or coursework within 90 days of hire; strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Epic Tapestry components and workflows.
• Translate benefit plan requirements into system configurations.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to optimize payer-provider workflows.
• Provide root-cause analysis and recommended configuration changes; document outcomes.
