Job summary

Avera Health Plans is seeking a Configuration Analyst to design, implement, and support the Epic Tapestry module, handling plan administration, enrollment, claims, and provider data. You will translate business needs into system configurations and work with clinical, operational, and IT teams to optimize workflows.

Remote work is available within the Avera footprint and on-site options exist in Sioux Falls.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification - Epic Tapestry certification or required to participate in Epic coursework.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills through evaluation, analysis, and creative solutions.
• Ability to think broadly, identifying implications to the organization including communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, implement, and maintain Epic Tapestry configurations and workflows.
• Provide support for Epic Tapestry issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Translate plan documents into technical specifications for configuration.

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Information Systems
