Avera Health Plans is seeking a Configuration Analyst to design, implement, and support the Epic Tapestry module for health plan administration, enrollment, and claims processing. You will translate complex business needs into technical configurations and collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams.

Qualifications

Epic Certification and Epic Tapestry coursework/certification within 90 days of hire.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex configuration tasks.
Ability to translate plan documents and regulatory requirements into system configurations.

Responsibilities

Configure, test, implement, and maintain Epic Tapestry components and workflows.
Provide root-cause analysis and document results for configuration changes.
Collaborate with health plan stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient configurations.
