Avera Health Plans in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Configuration Analyst for Epic Tapestry to design, implement, and support health plan administration workflows. You will translate complex business needs into efficient configurations and ensure system performance.

Work with clinical, operational, and IT teams to optimize payer processes while meeting regulatory requirements. Epic Tapestry and Chronicles experience preferred; certification within 90 days of hire is expected.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification in Tapestry or enrollment in Epic coursework with plan to certify within 90 days.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field; clinical/operational knowledge a plus.
• Experience with complex health plan configurations and regulatory alignment.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and support Epic Tapestry configurations and workflows.
• Translate benefit plans into system configurations and test quarterly changes.
• Provide system troubleshooting and analysis with clear business impact.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders for compliant setups.
