Job summary

Avera Health is seeking an experienced Health Plan Configuration Analyst to design, implement, and support Epic Tapestry modules for health plan administration. You will translate complex business needs into system configurations, ensuring regulatory alignment and data integrity while collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.

The role requires Epic Tapestry certification within 90 days, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as

Qualifications

Epic Certification and ability to complete Epic coursework and pass within 90 days of hire.
Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Configure and optimize Epic Tapestry components and workflows based on benefit plans and regulatory requirements.
Provide troubleshooting and support for Epic Tapestry issues with root cause analysis and impact assessment.
Collaborate with health plan teams and IT to ensure compliant configurations and data integrity.
Translate business requirements and plan documents into technical specifications for the system.
Manage data configurations and be familiar with EDI formats (834, 837, 835).
