Job summary

Dexian is seeking an Epic Tapestry Analyst to support and improve healthcare payer systems in a fully remote capacity. This hands-on role requires deep Epic Tapestry knowledge and experience with claims, enrollment, and payment workflows.

You'll collaborate with business and IT teams to test, implement upgrades, and refine payer operations, while guiding teammates on workflow improvements and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Epic Tapestry certification or current Epic certification preferred.
• Hands-on Epic Tapestry configuration & build experience.
• Experience with health plans, managed care, or payer environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot Epic Tapestry.
• Support claims, enrollment, authorizations, capitation, and payment workflows.
• Investigate system issues and work with business and technical teams to resolve them.
• Help with system changes, upgrades, testing, and implementations.
• Work with healthcare data, interfaces, and reporting.
• Help improve workflows and provide guidance to other team members.
