Job summary

PENNEP is seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry Billing Analyst to support our client’s Epic Tapestry implementation. The role involves configuration, testing, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver a compliant billing solution.

The ideal candidate should possess strong payer-side experience, have completed a full Epic Tapestry implementation, and be well-versed in health plan billing processes. This is a contract position with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry (Billing).
• Experience completing at least one Epic Tapestry implementation end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for the Epic Tapestry (Billing) module during implementation.
• Lead or support payer-side configuration, including benefit plans, billing rules, premiums.
• Participate in requirements gathering and workflow analysis.
• Configure, test, and validate Epic Tapestry billing functionalities.
• Support unit testing, integrated testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
