Qualifications

• 10+ years experience with modern technology and application support.
• 5+ years experience with the Epic Phoenix application.
• Current Epic Phoenix certification or proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed documentation for complex processes and capture business requirements for EA/engineering teams.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and mentor junior staff on issue resolution and problem management.
• Lead multiple complex projects and manage full project lifecycles with proper time-tracking.
