Job summary

Inova Health is seeking a dedicated EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC Revenue Cycle team. The role is Full-time Days with regular office hours, and fully remote eligibility for certain states.

The incumbent will implement and maintain EpicCare systems, analyze releases, and manage testing and project scope. Required: Epic Revenue Cycle certification, 3 years of Epic build experience, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant professional experience.
• EPIC Revenue Cycle certification required at start.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance.
• Analyzes new releases and determines impact on workflow.
• Defines modifications to application software or databases for functions or enhancements.
• Manages all phases of testing and assists in project scoping.
• Manages complex IT projects using the EpicCare solution to meet business needs.
• Initiates issue resolution and communicates status to management.
• Coordinates vendor demos, site visits and reference calls.
• Develops training plans and mentoring activities for the team.
