Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within Epic modules.
• Associate degree required or 2 years relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Preferred: Epic Ambulatory experience and healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflows; trains users.
• Configures changes in Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and user guidance.
• Contributes to small/medium projects and updates stakeholders regularly.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex issues.
