Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, Healthcare or related field required.
• Epic Security Admin certification is required; EpicCare Link / Care Everywhere preferred.
• 3 years of applicable system build experience; high level complexity

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, configure, build, test, implement and maintain Epic clinical and enterprise apps.
• Focus on building and maintaining security protocols.
• Facilitate meetings and demonstrate work product performance.
• Participate in cross-team workgroups and project life cycles.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across software, hardware, interfaces and databases.
• Monitor system performance and assure QA/testing alignment.
• Develop enhancements and reports to support clinical and operational priorities.
• Maintains system documentation for build specifications.
• Mentor Analyst I team members on technical tasks.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for assigned applications.
