Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow up on claims and denials within EPIC.
• Interpret EOBs and payment postings to resolve issues.
• Meet daily productivity expectations (30–50 denials or registrations).
• Communicate with patients, payers, and internal teams regarding billing matters.
