Ideal candidates will have EPIC experience and a solid understanding of payer guidelines. Responsibilities include following up on claims and denials, interpreting EOBs, and ensuring compliance with billing standards. The position offers flexible remote work after structured onsite training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of revenue cycle experience (denials, AR, billing, or registration).
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers.

Responsabilités

• Follow up on claims and denials within EPIC.
• Interpret EOBs and payment postings to resolve issues.
• Meet daily productivity expectations (30–50 denials or registrations).
• Communicate with patients, payers, and internal teams regarding billing matters.
