• Maintains quality and accuracy on all accounts worked.
• Completes timely follow-up on assigned accounts to ensure cash recovery.
• Meets monthly cash expectations for client receivables.
• Ensures insurance accounts are resolved within defined SLA.
• Documents actions and next steps clearly in the patient accounting system.
• Prepare appeals for payment to insurance companies when appropriate.
