Job summary

Gundersen Health System is seeking an experienced Application Analyst – Epic Resolute PB to optimize our Epic Professional Billing applications and support revenue cycle stakeholders. You will ensure efficient billing workflows, data integrity, and end-user success in a complex healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate brings Epic billing expertise, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent years of experience and education.
At least 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
Epic Resolute Professional Billing and/or Hospital Billing certification required upon hire.
Strong analytical and problem solving experience.
Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows including charge capture, coding, billing, claims, and follow-up.
Experience collaborating with finance, revenue cycle, and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
Collaborate with IT, and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency.
Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity.
Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations
