Emplify Health is seeking an experienced Application Analyst - Epic Resolute PB to support and optimize our Epic Professional Billing applications. You will partner closely with revenue cycle, finance, operational, and clinical stakeholders to ensure billing workflows are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate brings Epic billing expertise, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional support in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent years of experience and education.
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Certifications: Epic Resolute Professional Billing and/or Hospital Billing certification required upon hire.
• Strong analytical and problem solving experience.
• Understanding of revenue cycle workflows including charge capture, coding, billing, claims and follow‑up.
• Experience collaborating with finance, revenue cycle, and operational stakeholders.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience working in a healthcare IT environment.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency.
• Monitors applications for issues in maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
• Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity.
• Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations.
