Job summary

The University of Iowa is seeking a technical leader to drive Epic Resolute Professional Billing initiatives, coordinating with project management, stakeholders, vendors, and end users across the Iowa region.

The role includes remote work within Iowa with annual policy reviews, on-call pager responsibilities, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation and sick leave.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing and related tools.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent experience.
• Epic certification must be obtained within 30 days after class ends.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and support for Epic systems.
• Collaborate with application owners to identify functional requirements.
• Configure, customize and script for applications as needed.
• Perform unit/integrated testing and develop testing scripts.
• Maintain documentation and downtime workflows.
• Provide after-hours support and on-call pager coverage.
• Develop project plans for deployment and ongoing support.
