This role requires guiding implementations, coordinating builds, and traveling up to 25% to client sites, including Mississippi. Certification and extensive Resolute experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Certification required.
• 5+ years of Epic Resolute Hospital Billing/Claims experience in healthcare.
• Experience with Epic implementations and/or Community Connect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process and meet milestones for the Resolute module.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle stakeholders to integrate systems and workflows.
• Coordinate build and testing with third-party systems for compatibility with hospital billing and claims.
• Guide workflow design, system build, and testing for the Resolute module.
• Provide mentorship to end users and junior team members throughout the implementation.
• Lead training sessions and deliver timely project status updates.
• Troubleshoot issues encountered during implementation.
• Maintain alignment with Epic representatives and project leadership.
