Job summary

Children’s Colorado is seeking a Research Senior Analyst to lead design, implementation, and optimization of research technology solutions. You will orchestrate Epic research functionality, partner with investigators and IT leadership, and deliver scalable, compliant systems across clinical trials and research initiatives.

The role requires senior technical leadership, mentorship, and the ability to translate complex requirements into effective technology solutions while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related IT/work experience
• Epic certification in the primary application required within four months of hire
• Preference for candidates with Research Epic certifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose complex system problems; identify root cause and resolve or escalate
• Gather and analyze information to resolve incidents and troubleshoot problems; document the process
• Document design, specifications and training materials; create support docs
• Identify reporting needs and work with developers to clarify data requirements
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for supported systems and mentor team members
• Plan, design, implement, maintain and optimize research applications and workflows
• Collaborate with users and IT staff to evaluate, design, and maintain systems
• Lead complex projects and drive process improvements within the team
