Job summary
Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking an Epic Research Application Analyst to serve as the primary technical resource for Epic Research functionality. You will collaborate with investigators, study teams, Digital teams, and research support offices to design, build, implement, maintain, and optimize research workflows while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
The role requires partnering with IRB, Research Informatics, Privacy, Security, and other Digital teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; IT/Health Informatics/CS/Healthcare Admin preferred.
- 3–5 years in healthcare IT, clinical research, Epic apps, or related areas.
- Epic Research certification preferred or obtainable within six months.
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Epic Research functionality and workflows.
- Translate requirements into configuration and workflow designs.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate with IRB, Privacy, Security and other teams.
- Participate in system upgrades and new feature implementations.
