Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Analyst to optimize radiology workflows in the Epic EHR environment. You will design, build, and maintain Radiant solutions, working with radiology leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to improve patient care and regulatory compliance.

The role offers a flexible hybrid work model with on-site attendance for meetings, training, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in healthcare operations, IT, or health information technology.
• Current Epic Radiant certification; or willing to travel for training and certify within 90 days.
• Experience as RAD Tech or PACS Admin is preferred for Radiant.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and maintain Epic Radiant functionality for radiology operations.
• Partner with radiologists and staff to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and regression tests for changes.
• Support implementation projects, trainings, and go‑live activities.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, documentation, and change governance.
