Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Epic Grand Central Analyst (Level 3) focused on Prelude, remotely supporting Epic Grand Central and Prelude environments across multiple hospitals and physician groups. The role emphasizes building, configuring, and optimizing registration, RTE, documents, workflows, and go-lives.

The ideal candidate has certified Epic Grand Central and Prelude credentials, strong ticket management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote

Qualifications

Current Epic Grand Central certification is required.
Current Epic Prelude certification is required.
Proven experience building and configuring Epic Prelude (RTE, documents, registration, work queues, rules).

Responsibilities

Configure, build, and maintain Epic Prelude functionality (RTE, documents, registration workflows, work queues, rules).
Support Epic Grand Central functionality in build/config across Grand Central and Prelude domains.
Analyze, prioritize, and resolve tickets focusing on Prelude-related issues while supporting Grand Central as needed.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into Epic configurations.
Participate in go-lives, system enhancements, and optimization projects for ambulatory and care settings.
