Job summary

CTG is seeking an Epic Grand Central/Prelude/RTE/Referrals Analyst to join our team focusing on patient access workflows, registration, scheduling, and patient movement within Epic modules. The candidate will support break/fix issues and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

The ideal candidate holds Epic Grand Central, Prelude, Referrals and Auth, and RTE certifications, with extensive experience across registration and scheduling processes, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Epic Grand Central, Prelude, Referrals and Auth, and RTE certifications are required.
• Extensive experience with registration, scheduling, patient movement, and referral management workflows across Epic modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a member of the Epic analyst team, providing developer-level support.
• Apply deep understanding of patient access, scheduling, and patient movement applications to optimize system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the Grand Central, Prelude, RTE, Ref + Auth modules.
• Implement application enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
• Work effectively within an established team structure, contributing to shared goals.
• Partner with the manager to prioritize tasks and deliverables.
