Job summary

Gundersen Health System is seeking an experienced Application Analyst – Epic Resolute PB to optimize Epic Professional Billing workflows across revenue cycle, finance and clinical partners. You will support charge capture, claims processing and reimbursement optimization while maintaining data integrity and user satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings Epic billing expertise, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to excellent support in a complex healthcare setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent years of experience and education.
2-4 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare IT or billing environment.
Epic Resolute Professional Billing and/or Hospital Billing certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure system performance and workflow efficiency.
Monitors applications for issues during maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity.
Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations.
