Rhode Island Medical Society seeks an experienced Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst for a fully remote contract role. You will support large-scale financial initiatives and ensure accurate charge routing within Epic PB and related workflows.

The role involves collaborating with Revenue Cycle teams, supporting Community Connect projects, and driving improvements across GL, SBO, and patient estimates. Strong communication and independent work in a remote environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Epic PB Certification required.
• Experience supporting Epic PB workflows in healthcare.
• Knowledge of GL processes and financial system integrations.
• Experience with SBO workflows.
• Understanding of patient estimates and revenue cycle processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic PB operations, enhancements, and optimization efforts.
• Manage and maintain charge routing workflows for accurate billing.
• Support financial integrations involving GL, SBO, and financial systems.
• Assist with Community Connect PB support and client needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Participate in large-scale projects with financial dependencies and upgrades.
• Analyze workflows and propose improvements for billing accuracy.
