Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Staff Analyst to support healthcare applications and Epic EHR environments. The role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing IT solutions across multiple clinical and administrative systems.

The position is fully remote with quarterly travel, Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM, and optional on-call rotations. A certification in Epic and related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Epic Procedural Orders build experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SmartSets, OrderSets, Panels; Inpatient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to Stakeholders by analyzing and diagnosing problems to determine resolution.
• Gathers, validates, and translates requirements into design and development specifications.
• Configures, tests, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains systems and applications.
• Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical designs.
• Collaborates with vendors for integration/implementation and support.
• Performs in-depth problem solving and incident management per SOPs.
• Manages small projects related to applications and technologies.
