Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Epic Procedural Orders build experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of SmartSets, OrderSets, and Panels.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage small projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to Stakeholders through analyzing and diagnosing problems to determine resolution
• Gathers, validates, and translates technological requirements into design and development specification while providing product management
• Configures, test, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains systems and workflows
• Documents and recommended workflow changes and designs needed to support business requirements
• Partners with external vendors to support third-party applications including integration and troubleshooting
• Manages small to mid-size projects with multiple teams as PM
