Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Epic Inpatient Orders Analyst Senior to design, implement and optimize healthcare information systems. You will plan, test, and support Epic modules, guiding projects with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Remote role with quarterly travel, on-call rotation, and responsibility for maintaining system integrity and documentation. Bachelor's degree and Epic certifications preferred; healthcare IT experience highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
Epic Inpatient Orders experience and EpicCare Ambulatory Certification preferred.
Experience in planning, design, configuration, testing, implementation and support of healthcare information systems.

Responsibilities

Provide analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation and support for clinical/administrative/financial systems.
Gathers requirements and translates them into technical specifications.
Configures, tests, installs, and maintains systems and workflows.
Mentor team members and ensure quality reviews of projects.
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to implement best practices and standards.
Participate in on-call and incident response.
