Job summary

Med Center Health is seeking an Epic Application Analyst (Orders) to lead implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing support of Epic modules. This role acts as a bridge between clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure software aligns with workflows and best practices.

The analyst will collaborate with subject matter experts, participate in design and testing activities, and assist end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Epic Orders.

Qualifications

  • Two years of healthcare IT or clinical systems experience are required.
  • EHR systems experience is preferred.
  • Experience with computerized provider order entry or related field preferred.
  • Epic training and certification in Orders is required; exams within three attempts.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, test, and provide ongoing support for Epic applications.
  • Serve as liaison between clinical, operational, and technical teams.
  • Ensure system functionality aligns with workflows and best practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and participate in design/testing activities.
  • Support end-users to ensure adoption and effective utilization of Epic modules.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Healthcare/Business or related field
Associate's degree + 2 years related experience
