Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital is seeking an IT Epic Analyst II to design, implement, maintain and support Epic applications. You will work with operational teams across ProMedica and serve as a mentor for less experienced IT EMR staff, planning implementations and upgrades with thorough testing and documentation.

This remote role requires an associate degree, clinical IT experience and Epic certification within 90 days, with opportunity to advance as you help ensure accurate, efficient clinical

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Must achieve Epic certification in primary application within 90 days of completing the first Epic class.
• Obtaining and maintenance of Epic Certification in the primary application is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and support Epic software applications.
• Mentor less experienced IT EMR staff and plan implementations/upgrades.
• Train IT employees and support the training team with new functions and changes.
