You will work with Epic modules like Clinical Documentation, Orders, and Stork, provide end-user training, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure reliable operations. This role emphasizes collaboration and change control across Duke Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science or clinical field.
• Epic certification in any supported module.

• Willingness to work day/night rotation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and support Maestro Care (Epic) Inpatient EHR in Duke Health.
• Coordinate training and knowledge transfer for end users and service desk.
• Provide production support during day and night rotations.
• Assist with testing, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.
• Collaborate with Epic staff and other teams to manage access and deployments.
